You'll have to let me know how good the CGI is... it's pretty dreadful in the trailer... puts me right off...

Beat me to it.

Personal thoughts: Neeson can't save 'Non-Stop' from its predictability and clunkiness that it tries so hard not to fall into. A poorly thought-out third act doesn't help matters. This one has more holes than Foster's Flightplan.

Seeing it tomorrow night. If it's any cop, I'll not be rushing to pick up the Studio Canal release.

This was about what I expected, nothing more, nothing less. A perfectly serviceable film for fans of Neeson, or those who wish to watch to pass the time.

At least it was somewhat more believable than Taken 2, which was outright ridiculous.

Bring on the next Neeson actioner, I say. Better him in one of these, than some wooden twentysomething actor. Neeson at least can act the pants off of these roles, and I've always liked him, so I'm happy to support him at the box office.

I still say that these kinds of films would be better if they shot for a '15' cert instead of PG-13. At '15', at least they could toss in some gratiutous sex, nudity swearing and violence.

Nothing stood out as bothersome to me, although the whole text-as-graphics thing is a running theme (not a trailer gimmick) and got kind of irritating.

Pure bollocks, but enjoyable bollocks.

Have no need to ever see it again, though.

One thing that I really enjoyed about this film was that Neeson's character was said to be from Northern Ireland, thus he was able to use his "real" accent, (albeit in the enunciated way that is demanded of Australian/British/Irish actors by American studios) and not his "American" accent, which is hilarious.

I did laugh at the news report...
[Show spoiler]where he was accused of being in the IRA.

I agree, it was as equally dumb as it was enjoyable.

I thought the film was great: thrilling, enjoyable and kept me on the edge of my seat. Cannot understand the general negativity; other people I know enjoyed it too.
I will likely buy the steelbook

I don't think it's had more negativity than other films of this type.

Most, like myself, state that it is an enjoyable film but it's complete nonsense. There's plot holes galore and a massive amount of contrivances to accomodate the ridiculous plot.....yet it's fun.

I can't see myself rushing to see it again though.

Got it in one. I can see this being in the £10 - £12 mark in supermarkets, so I may pick it up come Monday.

I watched this on Monday and loved it. Thought it was great fun and loved how it all played out. really enjoyable. The bit that floored me was the unbroken 8 minute shot about halfway through, really impressively done. They obviously cheated in a few spots but the camera work is superb.
