I missed out on the first 1000. Gonna see what happens with Amazon. If it's cheap enough I will switch over my order. No point paying that price for no poster and outside the 1000 window for me.

I ordered from Diabolik DVD and there was no shipping charge (to US). Hmm. Should probably ask if they need to adjust that, but a shipping charge will still be a better deal than direct order through SF.

The site must have screwed up. It quoted me a $5.99 shipping charge to Michigan.

Thanks for the heads up. I don't understand why Scream Factory doesn't address some of these topics when they do updates.

It was also confirmed on Twitter that all orders from the SF store will ship 2 weeks early.

Wonder if Diabolik is so slow because of the preorders or if it's just a coincidence?

I would order from them, but they don't allow you to cancel (edit: pre-orders)...I'm in Canada so Diabolik is still quite a bit cheaper than Scream's site...oh decisions...

Honestly, I'm expecting Amazon's price to be about the same as Diabolik's. Amazon normally doesn't follow their usual 30% off MSRP for SF preorders.

You're right, and the shipping isn't much different between the two - in fact Amazon may charge more as they add duties and such to heavier items.
I've seen plenty of items for less on Diabolik compared to Amazon.

I think Diabolik may be better in the end. Amazon's shipping is free domestically, but sales tax in my state will be more than Diabolik's shipping. Diabolik's price on SF's stuff is better than a lot of Amazon's to begin with.
