Default Holy Cow Batman Onkyo TX-NR 905

Finally arrived the other day after paying twice for shipping. I fired it up to see if it worked as the box was broken open on a corner and it looked like it had been to Iraq and back. Anyway I haven't hooked the tv, dvd, or anything to it other than speakers and all I can say is wow! I'm in love with music all over again. I haven't even hooked up the Audyssey mic yet ........I'm going to receive better sound apparently when the calibration is done? This I can't imagine. I'd like to say I ran this unit at 0 for almost 3 hours now I'm older so I have no idea what 0 is as per volume level. My ears are still ringing and the neighbours hate me more but oh well. I want to say this heating up issue I think is bogus it gets warm but not hot I don't think it could melt anything. With equipment like this it needs to breathe. Anyway I'm sure I'll need help with the rest of the bells and whistles this unit has to offer I'll name her Trix because it has to be a she it turns me on
