While the 3rd one is similar, (with the DE disc being a bit brighter), the 2nd film is more grainy in the DE release.
Now, i love grain, but is that grain or noise?

Sorry for misleading you guys regarding the transfers!

I have just checked the caps and indeed the Turtles 2 German Blu-ray is grainier/noisier than the US release. It isn't really an issue for me as the special features on the German release outweigh the grain/noise!

do they have full english tracks for the film and features. also is the first time uncut

Yes they play on a UK player, and yes they have English audio on main film and special features, also no forced subtitles!. Uncut also!
