What movies made you pull the trigger for a BD player? - Blu-ray Forum

I bought 300 on blu-ray before I even had a blu-ray player...the PS3 came next.

I decided I needed an HD player as I was watching the first minutes of Blade Runner - The Final Cut in the theater. Some quick research revealed Blu-ray to be the way to go, and I haven't looked back since.
