I never order from there! That has happened to me 2 times using them.....never again! Eventually they will cancel due to lack of stock from supplier. K2dvd and Kimchidvd are the best to order from! Hopefully you receive your order......fingers crossed!

Steel looks great !

Only thing that bugs me is with how they stamped the disc with region B at the top along with the studio logo.

This is the email I received from them. Not a big deal. I can wait a little. If all else fails, I'll just get it from Kimchi.

Looks cool. Let me know how you like the movie and 3D.

If they're in charge; Disney has dropped the ball on this one again for 3D.

Yea, Disney/Buena Vista dropping the 3D ball on U.S. releases is becoming a resentfully persistent attitude with Frozen, Ratatouille and Need for Speed. You start to wonder why the insult to U.S. enthusiasts. Some good news is that at least Microsoft is changing their 3D physical media attitude, beating Sony to market by making Xbox 1 3D Blu-ray capable before the PS4!

I ordered the 3D version from Hong Kong on dddhouse.com, and it won't be released there til July 22nd, plus it might 7 to 10 days for the movie get to the US. I have seen this in the theater in 3D, and really enjoyed the 3D.

I don't understand why they would not release the 3D version for home release in the US.

All, thanks for keeping us in the loop on shipment and delivery.

I'm eager to see what you all think of the region A releases once they start landing in your homes....

Watched this today. I enjoyed the movie although felt it was a tad overlong. The cast were good and the story of revenge was well played out. The racing and driving scenes were fantastic and very exciting. I thought the 3D conversion was absolutely superb and a great addition to the catalogue of strong 3D conversions. The sense of depth was always there and as the movie is shot so well, there is plenty of opportunity to showcase the 3D work. There was one shot in particular of three of the characters on a race track early in the movie where the track stretches away in the distance and the 3D was magnificent, I swear a few shots had almost a strong Imax 3D quality to them.

That is good to hear some news about 3D games on XB1. Now just waiting for the PS4 to update as well.

When you ordered, did they convert the Hong Kong payment to your payment type and amount? I'm guessing they did. Glad you enjoyed the 3D and movie.

Awesome. Yeah, this one looked great in 3D and the car stunts and chases were lots of fun. They mentioned a good number of car chases were actual cars and not CGI from what I remember reading awhile back. The 3D conversion is one of the better films this year and definitely a notch above the average 3D in the very cool Captain America Winter Solider movie.

Yes, it was already converted from Hong Kong Dollar to US Dollar

I picked this up based on your review. I usually don't like going over 29.99 but 34 was alright since this may never see the light of day as a US release.

So if I'm in the US should I just settle with the 2D version for now?

If not, which country should I order from?

With only 2 games so far. BD3D will be first on Xbox One unless Sony gets their act in gear. This could decide the console war. That's half the reason why Sony won at the end of the last generation. Lots of content/media support and a Blu-ray drive that eventually became affordable.

3D Bluray on Xbox One is coming, not full support of 3D gaming. But that is really up to developers, the developers of games just have to program a Stereo 3d encoder (which can take months to make, that's why PC games are contracted out to NVidia or AMD for 3D encoding) instead of there being an SDK plugin.

Definitely not a fan of 3D gaming, because if the console cannot handle a consistent frame rate, then I'd rather play in 2D. Very few games can handle 3D well.
