Perhaps their store, and rightfully so, enforces a purchase limit on exclusive steelbooks and they might be stashing it to buy later, or have a friend purchase? Who knows.

I once had a eBay buyer tell me that he would pay once he had money in the bank. I guess maybe he didn't use credit cards. That could be one reason (people who refuse to use credit or debit). I'm sure there are others out there :-p

Disney and Fox are no longer going to include DVDs unless it's a movie that appeals to kids/teens/families.

There is some merit to this I would think since someone could claim to have ordered it based on the description. I, for one, enjoy the included DVDs solely for resale purposes.
