Note: I want to reiterate the amazing customer service and ability to continue iTunes from Universal. They are the best- hands down- of any of the studios. Support them!

You might want to search the thread. I know minister_x has posted several of those as redeeming in HD now:

American Gangster (redeems the Unrated Extended cut)
Dawn of the Dead (2004) (redeems Unrated)
Public Enemies (non-disc based one)
Ray
Waterworld

Some are- But there isn't a formula to what did and what didn't.

Just seen this thread! I've also redeemed Field of Dreams and Mamma Mia! and got HD in both cases. (Redeemed on February 8th and February 1st respectively.)

I have every other universal title- and all are HD (or could be HD). These are the only unconfirmed. Guess I can try to get new codes from universal and see if they redeem.

Field of Dreams redeems in HD. I can confirm that. Even the code from the 100th anniversary Dvd redeems both UV and iTunes in HD.

I redeemed Smokin' Aces in HD but it was the 2000's Best Of The Decade Collection version that didn't require a disc.

You need a new code. I contacted the studio- you will need to send a picture of the Blu-Ray front cover, back cover, and with cover open (inside) to get the code replaced. So if it was purchased as just a code, you're likely out of luck

Months ago i emailed Universal about my code for Little Fockers not working. They gave me a new one and it redeemed in HD for me.

Massive update- and we now have a COMPLETE list thanks to universal and their awesome service. I probably got 60 codes generated by them.

Well, for Devil, there was a re-release this year that gave a UV HDX copy and an iTunes HD copy. I redeemed a code from the newer release an received an HD iTunes copy.
