Default Wrong items sent
I haven't been dealing with them a lot but the last order I made they mistakenly sent the wrong movie with the MIB 3 with worm I ordered. They sent a regular blu-ray while I ordered the one with the Steelbook.
I had to send them photos including one with the signature of the person that probably assembled this order, and they sent me the Steelbook free of charge.

They do have an expensive shipping rate, especially if you dont want to wait 2-3 months for sea mail... believe me, it takes Forever!

I use Google translate and manage to get through the orders, although it is frustrating at times.
