Really? Man, I bought from them before. I figured with the numbers of each title sold that is was just an excess burn off by Disney. Why would Disney let someone order that many of each movie?

They don't, which is why it's suspicious & unusual.

Members in the DMC thread regularly report 3 as being a maximum of same titles allowed to be ordered. I know I've personally experienced that over several memberships with them, and several others have as well ... and especially now that they're known to be reviewing previous purchasing history of members when resigning up, it only adds to that.

Definitely something shady there, but not an official or unofficial storefront for Disney -- it would say so if that were the case, not to mention the inflated prices compared to what Disney directly sells them for.

I doubt they are fakes though, because I got a legitimate DMR code with the title that I purchased from them.

So I would guess that they have multiple accounts, or that they are stolen?

No I didnt mean them to be fakes, clearly they're legitimate.

Just obtained in a shady manner clearly.
So they don't need to be promoted everywhere

Um, that eBay seller is definitely someone who works for Disney Movie Club. All they sell is Disney Movie Club exclusives and in relatively high volume. Disney isn't supposed to sell their own exclusives outside of the club - hence them being called 'Club Exclusives' for Disney to release, but they clearly wanted a piece of the market from those who don't decide to join and make an enrollment commitment, so they are selling their stock direct through eBay too.

So, if anyone isn't a US (or Canada) resident, can't aquire in any way these Blurays, right?
(the ebay seller ships only to US, and the Disney Club ships only to US & Canada).

I don't know why, but I'm kind of surprised they didn't make it a double feature with The Apple Dumpling Gang Rides Again.

Anyways, this is an option for people who don't want to join DMC. As noted in this thread though, they are more expensive than if you are a club member:

Glad to see that reseller is no longer selling those items
I knew they couldn't be an official DMC storefront like people were claiming
