Surprisingly, the F8500 series is still easily available along with the F5300/F5400 (the F5500 is very hard to find since it's a great value). With that said, get it as soon as you can. This wasn't the case with the Panasonic plasma line when the announced that they were leaving the business. They went flying out of stores (not to mention that some retailers dropped the prices of them as well). Maybe that might be the case with the Samsung plasma line (what's left that is). I'm also still ticked off that Samsun cancelled the H7000 3D plasma line.
