Vudu In-Home D2D discs unidentifiable/errors on D2D program (home-use only)

There are different variations of Gremlins (looks like some were snap-case and others non-snap) and 2 different cover arts for Nick of Time shown on the database. Do you remember which cover art for Nick of Time because I want to add that to my collection

Real Genius DVD was unable to verify. I see it posted without a UPC or ISBN number.

Beverly Hills Copy blu-ray only recognizes as the DVD so it's trying to charge me $5 for the HDX rather than $2.

I clicked the "not my disc" but it says they will contact me back. I'm guessing that also means I'm screwed on that one?

edit: Blade Trinity blu-ray wouldn't recognize as anything for me either.

edit 2: Not sure if this is a d2d error or just one particular movie, but I redeemed My Name is Khan using the DVD but getting the HDX for $2.50. When I try to view it, it only shows SD. I verified my account and when I click that movie, it says I own the HDX version. How do I view it in HD?

My Gremlins was from the goonies/gremlins/gremlins 2 pack and all three worked. I can provide a UPC whe I get home if it isn't already provided. Also everyone please remember this is VUDU only and not flixster or cinemanow.

In case you have access, both titles on Blu-ray are actually correctly recognized.
