Samsung 650, Onkyo 506, and PS3 compatibilty problem. HELP!!

I am extremely confused as to what the problem is that's occurring. When I connect my PS3 to my receiver(Onkyo TX-SR506) and then to my TV(Samsung 40" 650 series) I get a static/white image that consistently flashes on my screen and a popping noise through the sound. Has any one ran into this problem or have a fix for me??

Troubleshooting methods that i've done(everything connected through HDMI v1.3):

-HD Satellite connected to TV - Pictures fine
-HD Satellite connected to Receiver and then to TV - Pictures fine

-2 different PS3's connected to TV - Pictures fine
-2 different PS3's connected to 2nd TV(Sony SXRD A2000) - Pictures fine
-2 different PS3's connected to Receiver and then to TV - Flicker/Static Problem
-2 different PS3's connected to Receiver and then to 2nd TV - Pictures fine

-Xbox 360 Elite connected to TV - Pictures fine
-Xbox 360 Elite connected to surround and then to TV - Pictures fine

-I've tried different HDMI cables with the same results(even non HDMI v1.3).
-My PS3's are updated w/ the update that came out recently, I think June 16th.
-I've exchanged the Receiver with a new one and I still have the same problem.

The most confusing part about this whole shenanigans is that if you combine any 2 of the 3 "problematic" items together they work fine but once you connect the third item there's a problem. Once again, can anyone help?
