Love seeing the Packers made to look like chumps. It's a good night.

I figured after you watched Jake slaughter your defense with 3 TDs in the first half, you'd give the guy credit for being a good QB when healthy.

That's all it's about. Health. Locker stays healthy and you will see what's up.

Going by just the set of standards you posted, does that mean Tebow > Bortles?

WTF did the Hawks go for it on 4 & 1 when in the RZ? Answer? Cause Carroll is a d-bag.

Before, they were up by 13: 29-16: 13 point lead

With a FG they would have been up 32-16: 16 point lead, GB would need two TDs and convert both 2pt conversions to tie.

With a TD they go up 36-16: 20 point lead, GB needs 3 TDs to win.

Is going for it, worth it? I guess the only other argument to go for it if you pick up the first you can milk the clock.

Being so close to the Seahawks I wish I could root for them, if it weren't for Carroll and Sherman.

what a pathetic showing by the Packers tonight!!

it's going to be a looooong season if Bulaga is out.

and if that "defense" plays like that all year...Capers better get his ass booted!!

they aren't the only team that's been embarrassed by the Seahawks the last couple of seasons.

Uh... Really?

He went for the jugular and he nailed it. That is how you play this game.

What if they attempted a field goal that ended up being blocked? Seahawks made the right call, up by 13. They wanted to make it a three score game and put it out of reach. They did.

Was it? They played perhaps the best defense in possible the toughest stadium in the league. The injury hurt them, and Seattle played a good game.

they imploded the 2nd half. that 1st half.....i'll admit, I was optimistic.

Sherrod has to be one of the worst 1st round picks ever......but then I remember Justin Harrell!!!

and after Sherrod it doesn't get much better in Newhouse.

But at what risk? Carroll is a no class cheating POS.

So a blocked short FG is more likely than a turnover or being stopped on 4th down? It's about risk vs reward. Is a 20 point lead worth the risk over a 16 point lead? a 16 point lead is pretty much a 3 TD lead. a 16pt with 2 & half minutes is pretty much out of reach.

Because he was using BCS bowl wins as a sign of greatness. So a Heisman Trophy and a national championship would be bigger than that.

There's a small risk, but they ran a low risk play on 4th down. At worst case scenario they are looking at a 13 point lead with a few minutes left. A field goal would've kept it a two score game. They wanted to put the game away.

How is he cheating?

Believe me, I wish the Packers stopped them there because I bet (only $5) on the total points being under 47.5... but I see no issue with the call.

I've seen teams do that to my Titans, and it doesn't bother me. I know the game is over and if we don't want them to score again then we better sack up and stop 'em.

Ah okay... So you weren't referring to my post. Gotcha.

Yea I don't reference BCS bowl games when it comes to the NFL because they mean absolutely nothing.

He also fails to point out the fact that in college Locker had a horrible OL, horrible WRs, horrible everything... So many dropped passes.

I support Jake because he's the QB for my team. He's shown me he can play in this league when healthy. But I HATED the pick at #8 in 2011. I wanted Quinn, Fairley, or Watt.

Clay Matthews is a beast but other than him and Williams and Shields their defense is horrific. Then again so is the Cowboys' so I'll be quiet.

A two score game? I wish I could do a quick query and see how many times a team came back agsint a 16-point lead with 150 seconds remaining. My guess, the answer would be none.

He isn't now, but he did at USC.

I wish I could like, and enjoy their success as they have always been the closest NFL team to me, but he makes it hard. I did go on a tour of Qwest field a few years ago, it was pretty cool.

I wasn't 'offended' by it, as I'm not a Pack fan. But I bet going for it was more for his huge ego than putting the team in a better position to win.
