Blu-ray will be seeing more love from Warner once they manage to incorporate IME.
All those titles will be released on Blu-ray that aren't already and the ones with TrueHD like Batman Begins, Troy, V for Vendetta, Perfect Storm, etc., will all have PCM, TrueHD or both. Titles that were big ones may see a remaster as well. I think you'll see Superman Returns later this year being replaced with a PCM/TrueHD version, but that may not be until closer to Christmas. 300 will have TrueHD and PCM on it, so Warner have been reading the forums and the e-mails and they know that Blu-ray fans want lossless audio. |
