Theres quite a few good titles! (Avengers, Thor, FF movies, Planet of The Apes movies)

He's updating fairly quickly, I picked up Oblivion and the Riddick collection, tried for the resident evil one as well but someone else did at the same time. He has already removed all of these from the list.

Yeah he's really quick! I was SHOCKED that no one had bought Tron or the Rambo collection... it's amazing to me.

Tron is like $35 used on Amazon right now.

That's what my legit disc looks like exactly, the label itself is perfect. Looks to me like it's just the disc lying at an angle.

I think you may be right, its not helped by the shadow though.

An Ebay seller has an item advertised as brand new, but the picture leads me to believe it's already been taken out of the package (True Blood season on blu-ray). If it doesn't come in the condition that it's listed in, what is the process that I would have to go through? I'm still relatively new to buying on Ebay.

Try to resolve it with the seller and if that fails, open up a case with Ebay.
