Nazis at the Center of the Earth- I don't think scyfy would even play this.

Honorable mention: 21 Jump St. I should have known it would be bad when FYE had it on a "buy anything and get it for $5" sale. However it did have a few laughs and that camaro was bad ass.

My favorite movie of 2014 and probably my favorite from Arronofsky.

Most recently, Dune. I love all Lynch's other stuff and figured, how bad can it be? I barely made it through.

I regret buying quite a few. Mostly ones I've seen before but they didn't hold up in repeat viewings. But I've been having luck lately selling my movies. I was selling my leftover DVDs for $1 each on an online garage sale and some woman bought all of them from me. And I've been trying to get rid of 10 blu-rays for $3 each and the other day I've sold 4, and a woman is interested in 2 of them so we'll meet up in town in a few days.

I blind bought this, and I was surprised at how much I enjoyed it.

Twilight Time's release of Rapture. Despite glowing reviews, I just couldn't get used to it. Now trying to sell a movie know one has ever heard of!

Robin Hood and The Sword in the Stone. Both butchered by DNR overuse. Disney killed two classics with their crap.

Yeah I have less than 30 or so blurays and I regret buying some movies I've enjoyed in the past, but realized I won't really watch again. I have the type of collection where I only want to have physical copies of movies I'm going to watch 5 times or more. I want every movie I own to be something I really love.

Blurays I just regretted for other reasons: The Man From Earth - aparrently the DVD is better. The Killer bluray - it actually looked worse than my DVD.

The Arrival, Bad Boys, and Frailty because they all have horrendous PQ. Jacob's Ladder also looks pretty bad but I don't regret it as much because I've heard that because of the way it was filmed it's gonna look bad no matter what.

Yeah, that movie was breathtakingly bad. I was laughing at it in parts I'm pretty sure the director didn't intend to be humorous ... "I've failed my creator", lol. Then there was Noah cutting down the forest that was created for him to build his boat right after the film had been preaching against cutting down trees to build stuff. Talk about stuffing a hypocritical foot in your mouth! And c'mon, even in today's technological, industrialized world there are many more trees than what this mess was depicting thousands of years ago. We sure as hell are cutting down more of them now than we were then, in the rest of the world anyway. Many ecological nuts don't realize it but in the western world we've just as many trees as we did a century ago. It's in the 3rd world that forests are rapidly disappearing. And those people don't care about your bleeding heart. Until you can get them to listen you might as well be yelling at your kitchen wall. Like those whining at the wrong people, this film is idiocy on tap.

But I never blind buy. I always see movies in some way before I purchase discs of them. I've blind-bought in terms of the quality of the transfer, but never the movie itself.

I've only really had about 5 or so that I regretted buying. All blind buys but I ended up exchanging them for films I knew I would want.
