There is barely any werewolf action in the episode, and when there is the effects are so bad they shouldn't have bothered. I much prefer what Teen Wolf is doing but it doesn't look like the UK is getting a Blu release.
I like this show but mainly for the characters and the location. The werewolf stuff is pretty weak and I hate how they are just wolfs again. Teen Wolf is easily the best werewolf show on TV at the moment.

The first episode didn't sell me on the characters either, just another bunch of perfectly beautiful people living perfectly beautiful lives who complain for the sake of drama.

Once you get farther along you see there lives are far from perfect. If you continue with it.

It does get better as the season goes along.

I guess I can give it another episode, not a whole lot happened in the first episode so I guess there wasn't enough to really judge.

It takes awhile to get going but once it does I enjoyed it.

I haven't seen Laura in anything besides "Smallville", and I was thinking about watching some of this...but I really don't want to get drawn back into the horror genre again. I'd much rather see her return as Kara for the "Supergirl" series that Greg Berlanti's heading up; they could then do it as a "Smallville" spinoff, with occasional appearances by Tom Welling, Erica Durance, or Allison Mack.

While this includes werewolves I wouldn't call it a horror show in the slightest.

Only thing that would make this a horror show would be the inclusion of werewolves and they are actually just really big wolves like Twilight. Not actual werewolves like Wolfman or Teen Wolf.

I do love this so far but I am a huge Laura fan, I doubt this will go past a 3rd season though if the airing schedule is any indication.

It's a Canadian show. SyFy just airs it in the US. So even if Syfy doesn't pick it up for a 4th season Space (Canada) will most likely renew it for a 4th.
