Since I broke down and ordered the Eastwood boxset from the UK (doesn't look like Universal in the US is in any hurry to release over here), I decided to finish up the titles in the box. Just finished Play Misty for Me and Breezy will be coming probably tomorrow night.

Breezy is the last of the titles in the European Eastwood box set that I have made a cover for. Probably one of Eastwood's lesser known films, mostly because he isn't in it. Rather, Universal included this in the set as it is the first film Eastwood directed without starring in. This is also the only film in the box set I haven't sen, so it will likely be the first one I watch when the package arrives.

Anyway, here is my cover for Breezy, the last Eastwood film on my list, unless or until I decide to tackle the Dirty Harry films.

Anyone doing a Custom or case cover version of the 4 disc "Texas Chainsaw Massacre?"

I'd like to store the discs in a 4 disc Blu Ray case.

I was thinking the same thing. That collector's edition box is just too big.

ok, chainsaw WIP has been started. set up for a 15mm 4 disc set case. if peeps wanna throw some ideas at me, i'm more than welcome to try and accommodate them into the cover.

Great job on the Breaking Bad set. I want to stick to the official poster art for each season (which was used for the official releases). However while Season 1, 5 and the final season came in standard cases with matching spines (font size and alignment), the spines for seasons 2-4 need to be redone so they fit into standard cases and match the other seasons. Has anyone tried redoing just that (I think the front and back are just fine) ?

Love it. Was originally thinking old & weathered looking VHS art for the cover. But yours is just plain eerie. I love it. Look forward to seeing the finished product.

I'd second that. Really, just using that poster art and transferring over the slipback specs directly from the 4-disc set would be perfect. You'd have to do something color-wise on the back so the white text would show up... Maybe using a scan of the wood paneling / closed door from the set? I'm not sure it'd match up all that well with the front (which I love), though thematically, some kind of wood-paneling would fit the theme well.

I do think the title treatment looks better in white, but that may be just me.

Regardless, it's awesome you're working on this and thank you for sharing the progress with everyone!

I like the direction of the Texas Chainsaw Massacare cover but I wonder what it would look like if you replace the armadilo with a chainsaw.

Well, you know what they say, if you don't know anything consult with the professionals. I was just wondering how many pixels for wxh are the images on a blu-ray, and how many pixels for wxh on a DVD? I would like to create some of my own cover art for some of my purchases that didn't come with their own and would like as much information as possible. My apologies if this has been asked before.
