I pretty much ignore anything not listed as New or Like New, but on occasion, with good pictures of the actual item, I'll go for a Very Good item.

Yeah, you can imagine my disappointment after peeling off the plastic to must see the spine fall out lol.

I bought it from Zavvi asked for a replacement and I didn't have to send the damaged one back.

It was packaged wonderfully but the upper left hand corner is kind of bothering me. I know things will not be fully perfect and I was wondering what you guys would do. There were plenty of pics but the angle never showed that little dent in the slipcase.

Just wanted to know if I was crazy lol. There is a return policy with the seller as well.

it's ebay - buyer beware. If they made a point of ignoring a problem - say the back was scratched to hell but they never showed pics of the back, then yeah you can complain but they did show the front. If they charged your a premium price for it then I would complain since you paid to get it in mint condition but otherwise that's the risk of buying on ebay. It happens to all of us.

I ask detail questions about mint (no dents, scratches, worn edges, dented corners, missing paint) basically whatever I can think of that's important to me. If they respond with an attitude, then you know what to expect if you order from them and there's a problem.

Or you could order from a collector here or at HDN. I have more faith that they know what OCD mint really means.

Non-wrapped video game steelbook sellers are the worst. I bought one for a friend and the seller confirmed all my detailed questions. It was a pissing match to get ebay to force a refund through the buyer protection plan. I won't be ordering any of those again. I needed to teach that seller a lesson.
