It says "use of Playstation Network has been suspended. Try to sign in again later"

Are they still doing maintenance? Playstation.com says the network is up and running...

UPDATE: No, I'm not banned :P I just called PSN tech support. The network is currently down, but the Playstation.com site is not showing it. The guy estimated it would be back up around 10PM est.
