So, it's been confirmed that they're not releasing this in 3D

I like the artwork for the slipcover, but the omission of the 3D is a disappointment as I felt, like the 3rd installment, this outing had some 3D effects that really popped out nicely during dance sequences. Oh well....

Dear Lionsgate,

Enjoy not having my $20 for not throwing a 3D version of the disc.

Dear Universal,

Enjoy having my $20 for when I import the UK disc which DOES have a 3D version.

Same, I'm pissed they don't have a 3D version. I will be ordering the UK version, hopefully its region free.

Amazon UK site now claims it's region free.

Amazon now says this is being released on November 25th. Site error or was it pushed back? It's in the Best Buy ad for next week but not Target or Walmart.

I just checked several websites. Only Amazon is showing 11/25/2014, which makes little sense since few movies are ever released on the Tuesday before Black Friday.

Well, I'm going to wait until someone imports the 3D Blu-ray from Amazon.co.uk to see if it's really and truly region free before I spend my money. I'd hate to waste $40+ on an unplayable movie…

I'm not liking this trend of studios releasing movies theatrically in 3D and then not on disc. I noticed Malificent isn't getting a 3D Blu-ray either… Not that I'm interested in that one. But I love the Step Up movies, and I would much rather see this one in 3D again if I have the option!

So please let us know if you've imported the UK 3D disc and if it is indeed region free! Thanks in advance!
