The forest fight was quite good. It had about two scope cuts, but it's otherwise a good 5 minute stretch where it was the full 1.78 frame uninterrupted.

The Egypt chapters were very annoying though. I recall it was only full frame when Devastator was on screen. And whenever he's not in there, it cuts back and forth with the scope ratio.

Age of Extinction was as bad as this. I would have preferred a fixed AR in 3D, either scope or flat. Just not this quick cuts between the two ARs.

TDK and TDKR also did this. The AR switches are either poorly planned or not systematic. That's why the best use of IMAX is still Catching Fire.
