Admiral Akbar's post on the previous page has the three different versions of the theme tune - the first one, is how it aired in the States. That's the Massive Attack track 'Teardrop' - the second one, the Singaporean variant, is what we got in Europe due to licencing issues. The third one which is supposedly the European version, I think was only used for the first season.

For people over here I'd imagine that they've only ever known the Singaporean version of the theme as that's how it aired on Sky. Anyone who watched the show at US-pace though, it's 'Teardrop'.
