All three Blu-Ray editions of Casino Royale utilize the same transfer but the 2-Disc Collector's Edition has the best picture quality out of the three because since the movie is on it's own BD-50 Disc they didn't have to use as much compression as the single disc editions from 2007 & 2012.

I'm sure in the end most people won't be able to tell the difference but when I compared the 2007 edition to the Collector's Edition I noticed that the picture quality on the latter was slightly better.
