WB will release those a couple of months later like they have with other TV shows. Usually, the BD-only versions don't have Digital Copy codes, though.

I keep hoping that it returns to the way it used to be back in season 1 and 2.
Coincidentally, the show lost me this season as well. I got so sick and tired of it, especially after the countless re-runs that my wife has on all the time. You can't get away from it. I still had to pick it up though because she loves it. I did watch one episode this season though (the James Earl Jones one) and it was pretty funny. Other than that, I had no interest.

Based on what? I gave the first two seasons a feature rating of 4.5.

In that case, the review I just posted of Season 7 may confuse a few people.

I loved Season 7, the "Scavenger Hunt" eps was hilarious.

Nice Blu-ray.com review. It was clear the prior reviewer of the last few seasons just wasn't a big fan of it.

Default Getting better, but...........

I know that the whole intent of getting a TV series on disk is of course the show. Anything beyond that is gravy. This isn't just a normal show however, there is a lot of pop culture reference and influence, it begs for extras. Here is my issue with the BBT releases. For a show that celebrates the geek culture, they fail to take advantage of the disk format to further fly the geek flag. There are so many missed opportunities to enhance the geek culture referenced every year on the show via extras. You take a show like NCIS, every year their releases have given fans a really nice beyond the show looks. It is a shame that a series like BBT with so much reference in each season, does not expand on the references. That said, this year's set is a step in the right direction.

Okay, I need help ASAP regarding Big Bang Theory season 7 blu-ray UV code.

I sold it recently to someone. They asked if it was a "full code" so I said yes because I didn't redeem any portion of it (I don't even use digital copies). I only told him it can be redeemed on flixster (as the slip says) or vudu (I always test out the code on here doing the signed out thing not like I have an account to sign into anyway).

He's saying he redeemed Flixster and sold the Vudu to someone else but it didn't redeem so he had to refund them. I checked the code again on Vudu and it's "invalid code".. did one have to redeem before the other in order to get both? He's telling me "no people are selling them separately".

So can anyone help with this? Thanks.

I think it's a one and done. you choose where you want to redeem and it redeems. it's not like you get 2 separate redeems from the different sites.

Yes, with these codes you only get to redeem it once.

Do these Best Buy exclusives usually sell out pretty quickly? I did not see any sign of the lenticular exclusive slip today at Best Buy. Some other locations apparently have it in stock though, according to the website.

Well they are limited since they are "exclusive". They aren't going to have nearly as many copies as the normal versions. It all just depends on your area on how fast they sell out.

I know, heck I would be happy with 19.99 for this and Supernatural Season 9. No Archer this year either, I held off buying those last year figuring they might repeat the pricing, alas it was not be to, hopefully they will have more (and better) deals come Monday.

I know, it's crazy. Even Mad Men Season 6 didn't hit even $10 or less. And True Blood Season Season 7 couldn't even hit $35 or less. I'm really trying to find something good this year, but there's really nothing. Last year was so much better!!

Yeah I was really surprised this didn't go on sale, I was counting on it as I'm behind and still need S6/7. I noticed not many of the WB shows went on sale either.

$24.49 for recently released seasons & $21.49 for previous seasons for shows still on aren't bad prices IMO. Maybe the sales before and after Christmas will have the super low prices.

No $16.99 deal this year. It's a shame. Maybe there wasn't enough demand for it. Only the DVD version went on sale. So, I guess there was more demand for the DVD. People today are so stupid. 1080p TVs sell like hotcakes, yet people still would rather own DVDs.

For the $7 difference you are talking about I would buy the DVD too. It's a sitcom, I do not have any huge desire to buy sitcoms on BD (unless they are older restored shows like Lucy).

Now if we are talking about a show like Fringe, then yeah I of course am paying the difference for BD.
