I was a Pulse guy from the beginning and used that weapon almost the whole time I played. But Auto Rifles blow it away. There is huge difference in them. Just got my first Legendary one so eager to test it out. I can see why they are talking about nerfing them.

Rewards can be annoying. The very first thing I earned was an Exotic Weapon! Took me a while after to get any Legendary stuff. Do lots of Bounties so got an Exotic one out of nowhere. Was ready to abandon it until getting response here that it didn't involve me needing to do Crucible stuff. Right now I have two additional Exotic weapons in my vault.

The bounties are RNG whenever you turn in a bounty. It gave me a choice of 3, but looking them up online one of them required getting kills 25 above deaths, and the second was the void kills in PvP with deaths hurting your total.

I probably could have done the Void Damage eventually, but the +25 would be impossible for me. This seems completely out of line with every other Bounty, and encourages people to not play normally, which is the worst kind of PvP requirement. Unless playing Free For All I suppose, but I never get even a 1:1 K : D ratio in Free For All.

I've gotten two of them and abandoned both of them because they seemed impossible for me.

What are you referring to? The Exotic bounty that I have requires you to do some Crucible play.

I got the Bounty that got me Super Good Advice. The third step involved me getting 500 points in PVE with a Machine Gun. Since I had a Exotic Machine gun already I was able to make quick work with it.

The 25 K/D thing seemed utterly impossible for me as well as I never get above a 1.00 either. Inexplicably, I had 2 good matches in a row, and it went all the way up to 20/25. Next match, back down to 11/25. Fourth and final match of the night got it back up to 15/25. The void damage one seems even more impossible just because of how many you have to get (500) as death also counts against you, but every non-void damage kill doesn't count for you.

My best PvP weapons happen to be Void damage already, and I'm playing a Warlock so I can make my grenades and specials count as Void damage as well, so as long as you can keep above a K/D ratio of .4 I'd get there eventually, and I'm not even sure I've seen a K/D ratio that low on anyone.

On the other hand I think my best ever game would be ~+5 towards 25, and I'm as likely to go down as up. I both stink at PvP and the Warlock really is sub-par PvP in my experience. Kind of sad when the best Warlock player I'm aware of(Kojinto) is working on his Titan so he can switch to a better class.

So darn far the unlock tree. The bonus accuracy firing from the hip upgrade should be replaced. I'll level the gun in pve and turning in bounties but I prefer the Shadow Price for Iron Banner this week.

In one match, I had a K/D of .07; I'm pretty sure it would have been higher if I had let a squirrel handle the controller.

I thought the +25 would be impossible for me as well. I struggled my first few matches of PvP but really turned it around as I got familiar with the maps. The +25 is your kills and assists minus deaths. Play control and stick close to teammates.

Yeah, just like BluFury said...it's not a straight k/d ratio of 25:1

Each kill represents +1

Each assist represents +1

Each death represents -1

You need to reach 25.

So, you can go 8 kills, 4 assists, and 8 deaths, and still be +4.

It's a lot easier than people think. It took me 3 matches to reach +25.

Its RNG but you may get a situation like mine. I ended up not getting one for ages and then 2 popped up within a close time of each other. Got Invective and Bad Juju now. I find both suck till levelled up tbh and Bad Juju badly needs a buff cause its weak as hell on some of the stats compared to even the legendary I had. The perks are decent, but negated by the stats as they are currently.

Tried hard raid with Blu guys. We pretty much got demolished. Although I can last a while most timew, collectively we never really get past the confluxes. I swear there needs to be mini checkpoints on hard mode.

I refuse to level to anything past 28 because I only have one raid piece I maxed, and rest i'm keeping non-shard till I get raid pieces. Simply put, wasting shards on non-raid gear isn't happening.

I keep getting the same 3 exotic bounties, Pocket Infinity, Bad Juju and Super Good Advice. Meh, I keep picking Super Good Advise, because it's quick and easy. Then dismantle for energy.

I know exactly what +25 means.

My usual game is assists + kills ~= deaths.

I am more likely to be below that than above.

Trust me when I say this is impossible for me. I'm the guy who will be with 4 other people and it's always me who gets headshot by a sniper rifle to start the battle. That Kojinto guy I was talking about averages about a 4 K/D ratio as a Warlock and he's still working on a Titan so he can switch to get real abilities.

As a Warlock I can't trade hits, I will lose and Warlock specials are terrible.

Frankly I don't understand what Bungie is thinking with Warlock so-called "balance" in PvP. It's god-awful, and Bungie is supposed to be good at this.

I get on quite well as a Warlock in PvP. I can usually take out Hunters and Warlocks with two melee hits Titans can take up to three depending. With Sunsinger I can take them out in two if I have my melee fully charged and I scorch them.

My general attack is to throw a solar grenade which scorches them then I can either melee for the kill or get off a shot with the Fusion Rifle.

9/10 I use a Fusion Rifle as my main weapon. again Hunters/Warlocks are usually 1hit kills Titans usually take two. But again I try to lead with a grenade since the resulting hit be it melee or gun shot usually kills them before they can kill you.

I find myself getting a hell of a lot of double kills though, where both me and the enemy hit each other at the same time and die. Which is better than him killing me I suppose.


Also, Iron Banner coming up! PvP about to get real!

This cracked me up to no end, because that is exactly what happens to me every time I pack up with a group. I thought I had something over my head that said bonus points or something, because I'm always singled out first in any game I play.
