Hey Addict,

Thanx for the reply...the Oppo ran me $413 with shipping -- I don't think it "looks" like 400 bucks worth of upscaling quality...

I am wondering if I should just cave and buy the Denon because that Realta chip looks awfully seducing for DVD upscaling...but, what if that still doesn't eliminate alot of the noise and macroblocking? I'll look at the Pioneer deck; does the Pioneer offer good DVD upscaling or no?
