That is what I meant. If I would have invested in HD DVD when it was an active format I would not buy anything for it now since HD DVD is a dead format. It does not make any sense to me to waste money on new movies for HD DVD knowing that as soon as my player died my disks become coasters. well, because most players will last around 5 years or more and there are people like me who have a multiple players so I have at least another 10 years left on these puppies and by that time the double dip will be around and some kewl edition will be out. Shrug, not a loss at all. That's why I still snag them at cheap prices.
