personally i like saving a couple of bucks but the instant gratification of picking up pirates and watching it that night last tuesday was easily worth a couple of bucks. plus its good to support local merchants

My local BB has recently doubled the size of its Blu-ray section. Its now twice the size of the HD-DVD section and there are no HD-DVD players to be found.

it's great if local merchants carry the product you want. if not, you have to purchase from other locales
