I don't think he can get the Onkyo 805 in the U.K. within his budget.... but I could be wrong....

I still think that's too much $$ towards the AVR, when paired with those speakers..... but then again... I'm the broken record here I think those speakers, with the 606 or 605 would work fine for him.
