I think tonight's raid went pretty well up until Atheon, then tensions and frustrations were coming out at the end. Had a few lower level players and a first timer.

Anyways, got raid gear for arms and chest for my 2nd character, a Hunter. Of course I still don't have any raid gear for my primary Warlock, and Hunter gets 2 in first raid with him. Hunter shoud be lvl 30 ready once I upgrade all the new gear since I already have an exotic helmet.

Well, I just spend 3.5 hours doing the Raid on Hard, with four other L29s (raid vets, but Hard mode rookies) and one L30 who had ran it a couple times.

Couldn't even get past the Oracles part. Was a blast though. We reached an apex around 1-130am but then we just started getting worse and worse as we got more tired.

The teamwork and communication was so clutch throughout the whole time, but Snipers + Minotaurs is a deadly combo.

Seven oracle waves. Jesus H. We got to the 6th on our best attempt.

Just some brotherly love. As twins we are tight but we can get at each other and think tonight frustration hit a little bit. All is good though, was able to find a random team to finish up with and got Atheons Epilogue finally at least.

We will hopefully be ok tomorrow and be back to duoing Nightfall/Weeklies/Dailies

Anyone down for hard mode raid or normal mode who has experience?

I have beat normal 4 times (2 times in less than 55 minutes) and just the last boss on hard.

Lvl 29 Hunter with 2 Raid pieces and a Lvl 28 Warlock that I'm looking to do the normal mode on.

Truth is an exotic rocket launcher.[1] It can be obtained as a reward for completing Crucible matches, randomly in the Vault of Glass raid, by completing the Weekly Nightfall Strike, or by decrypting engrams.

I think I will go with the The Armamentarium even though I have a queens chest thing maxed out. I feel like the queen stuff is cheap looking....this should have me as good as I am going to get without raid armor......

I managed a lot of coins this week, might as well spend them!

Anyone know how high the vanguard rank goes? I think I am just over 5 or just under 5 and I don't see any benefit after level 3.

I'm thinking about that too, but I'd prefer the Crest of Alpha Lui for my Titan. I'll take a gamble and buy the engram today (since I've got Motes coming out of my ears), and save my coins for now.

Finished the raid again last night. I still only have one piece of raid armor, but I did manage to get Universal Remote out of it.

So, now that I have the Ice Breaker fully upgraded, what should I work on next? I've got the Gjallahorn, Suros Regime, and Universal Remote that I haven't really touched yet. I also have Thorn and Invective, but they aren't really doing anything for me.
