That's what I'm worried about, I don't want the damn NCAA getting involved. Man it seems like the school is being ran by noobs. The ask Jameis crap the Uniforms, the new logo. Does anybody know what the hell they are doing there.

He WON"T be back next year I'm confident about that. Jimbo Fisher is letting Winston do what ever he wants to do and he shouldn't cause he's the HEAD COACH, but to me, he doesn't act like the guy that should be in charge.

Yeah, he might have claimed otherwise but with Winston's mounting issues off the field I'd be absolutely stunned if he doesn't take the money and run. He'd be a fool not going pro after this season.

The way this information came about is a bit strange. The complaint filed Monday in the Circuit Court of Tuscaloosa County was a criminal forfeiture complaint, with the State of Alabama arguing that Freitag shouldn't get his money back:

"That the money seized was furnished or intended to be furnished by any person in exchange for a controlled substance in violation of any law of this State, or is traceable to such an exchange, or was used or intended to be used to facilitate any violation of any law of this State regarding controlled substances, and as such, is subject to condemnation and forfeiture by the State of Alabama, pursuant to Section 20-2-93 Alabama Code, 1975 (as amended 1990)."

Despite the criminal forfeiture complaint, it isn't clear whether Freitag was actually arrested or not. It would be somewhat surprising if he were not considering that Alabama has some of the strictest marijuana laws in the nation—the sale of any amount of marijuana is a felony with a mandatory minimum sentence of two years—but AL.com was not able to find an arrest in the court records, and both the West Alabama Narcotics Task Force and the Tuscaloosa Police Department declined to comment.

ND over FSU. Possibly A&M but they are at Bama and Simms plays better at home. However that slow Bama D has trouble with a spread O. Also, unfortunately, my beloved Tigers better be very careful at BC.

No Watson and "3 and" Stoudt has control today. The D better score and hopefully BC doesn't know Stoudt can't throw the ball down the field.

UCF - masters of squeezing out razor thin American Conference wins. We're now 10-0 in American Conference play and it seems like almost all have been very close.

Maybe now they'll finally figure out Texas A&M isn't very good.

They should have been out of the top 25 when they got utterly destroyed two weeks ago. I know Mississippi State is a great team but no team that is down 48-17 at any point in a season deserves to be ranked. Much less ranked for 2 more blowout losses.
