I can confirm the Mill Creek release is 1.85:1 anamorphic widescreen. A co-worker ordered this DVD and I was able to see the specs on the back cover.

As a previous poster said, it is in anamorphic widescreen. There are NO audio or subtitle options. The menu only has a play option. No special features. Very barebones release but I'm happy to have it. It looks a lot better than the old VHS. Blu-ray would have been nice but I'm happy to have this for under $10.
