Deals page no longer using my site preferences - Blu-ray Forum

When I click the - Best Blu-ray Deals, See All the Deals » and then click on lowest prices, I used to be able to see movies according to the settings I have in place. That is no longer the case.

I can not only see movies that are from the US.

I have attached 2 screenshots. One showing my settings and the other showing the movies I see when I actually look at the deals page. This has been going on for about a week or so now.

Please advise

Try clicking on the [B] icon all the way at the top right of the site.

That seemed to work for another member who had a similar issue with reviews:

I did that too. I always keep the B clicked to use my settings. I made it was clicked when on the deals page.

Although the order of the movies (as far as sorting by price lowest to highest) is not correct, I am see all regions once again.

Please give an example of a title that is incorrectly ordered as well as the price of the title just before it and just after it so we can fix it.

I have attached a few screenshots. Granted, the previous order may have been wrong and this is now right. I am not sure how prices sort on the deals page.

If they sort by just looking at £3.00 comes before $4.99 (since 3 is less then 4) then the order is still off. It is looks at the values for all currencies and then converts it and orders them in relation to USD prices, it may be correct.

The attached screenshots show my deals page, lowest deals. I have highlighted things that look off to me. Granted, there may be other things you see as well.

I'm not sure if/when this was possibly changed (I think it might have been like this for quite some time), but we look up the current exchange rates once per day and then we use those to order the movies by their USD value. This is simply what seemed most useful to us when we decided how to mix multiple countries/currencies.

That is really good to know, thank you. My deals page had just starting sorting that way. Glad that is it not showing incorrect data.
