Scream Factory Blu-ray Discussion Thread

Just for any curious parties, there are some great reviews of Scream Factory titles out there by Cecil Trachenberg (who has two editorials posted by SF's Facebook page by Jeff) on his show Good Bad Flicks. Just trying to support a funny, nice and talented guy. He's done:
-Dark Angel (I Come in Peace)
-Without Warning
-Motel Hell
-Ninja III: The Domination
-Robot Jox
-The Incredible Melting Man
-Night of the Comet
-Halloween III: Season of the Witch

He plans on doing Nightbreed too, but wanted to wait for the release of The Director's Cut. He also mentions Scream in his Blair Witch 2 review.

He's done a share of Shout titles too (Timerider, Captain America, Arena, The Time Guardian, Deathstalker 1&2, and Cyclone).

I mean in general. I like to get them occasionally when places like BIOOH or Deep Discount have these sales, but it can be hard to wait for them

I wish they'd upgrade Cyclone and Arena to blu-ray as a Double Feature, just those two specific films I thought were great! and Exterminator 2 as well!

BTW, Speaking of Captain America, have they corrected the "Colleector's Edition" yet?

I would definitely be up for an upgrade of Arena, and I would add Eliminators and Grotesque to my list of most wanted Shout upgrades as well. I enjoyed all of those films.

I guess this belongs in the wishlist section, but I wouldn't mind BD upgrades for
Timewalker, The Evil, Twice Dead, Crash & Burn and Battletruck.

So we've had 21 titles announced so far. Do we think we'll get 10 next week, bring it up to 31? It seems unlikely but you never know. They might go for another bumper one next Friday, maybe even reveal a box set of some sort (your guess is as good as mine).

Just a heads up. Family Video got some more of the SHOUT release of Lifeforce back in stock for 17.99. Just ordered it. Hopefully, it comes with a slip!!

I really liked The Godsend and The Lamp - if those got a blu ray release I could retire the 4 movies DVD set which has The Vagrant, which I thought was awful

Cellar Dweller and Contamination .7 in the other set would retire the other 4 movie DVD set

Town That Dreaded Sundown. Great film, nice extras, bonus film that's also great. Overall top set.

kmart.com has the too. i was able to use reward points and get lifeforce for $10.50 with free shipping. they also had nightbreed.
