i preordered from best buy forever ago, thinking it was the exclusive, i guess not....

2 -3 per with only commentaries unless an episode (Red wedding) has some extras specific to that one that runs it's full length. A Red wedding doc of 5 minutes should be with all the other docs on the last disc. It's pretty simple and done by pretty much every other TV show released. Having a disc in the middle of the set contain only a single episode and having every special feature listed on every disc only to tell you to insert disc 2 for this one which you do and watch now the next feature you have to insert disc 3 then disc 4 for the nest. Guess HBO figures so many of their fans need some extra exercise. What about the rest of us who'd like to relax and watch 5 5 minute docs without having to change discs every single time?

This is exactly how it should have been last year..the most popular houses (Targaryen, Lannister, and Stark) alongside new ones like Martell and Tyrell. The cover for the Tyrell exclusive will likely be the same as the picture from the contest last year, but I don't think we ever saw a Martell cover. I think the exclusives were Tyrell, Tully, and Fiery Baratheon if I recall correctly.
