Messiah is kind of a cross breed of cheese and good... It's definitely not trying to be campy or anything; it's earnest and serious. But it's got that dated, local, non-professional actors thing going on.

Has code red stopped shipping internationally completely? I know Bill talked about this some months ago, but I feel we never got a real answer out of him. I really want the butcher baker, nightmare maker dvd, but since I live in Norway, the only way I'm able to get a hold of it atm is ebay.(and I'm not paying ~ $70 for it)

Using Diabolik as his international shipping arm seems to be indefinite solution. ...And a fine one, except they seem to run out of stock so fast. But, hey, that's just what we US buyers who order from his store are dealing with, too.

He's tired of international customers being impatient for their orders to arrive and filing disputes with Paypal. I can't blame him. Now he's letting Diabolik have the headache.

It looks like it. To my knowledge, he hasn't said addressed the issue specifically, but he has been back for a while now, and it would appearshe has no intention of taking international shipping up again.

As a fellow Scandinavian, our best chance is to wait and see what titles diabolikdvd.com will get in stock down the road. The alternative is to have someone in the US act as a middleman for you (a member has kindly offered his assistance in this thread before).

Right now, I am contemplating the second option, as Bill has gotten a few DVD's back in stock, which are OOP and very limited. And there's likely no chance Diabolik are going to get any of those. The BD releases, however, I am certain they will get back in stock eventually.

Unlike Bill/Code Red, Diabolik don't have a headache dealing with international customers. They just have a headache dealing with and trying to buy stock from Bill/Code Red.
