LITTLE DARLINGS has had a lot of play on HD cable broadcasts, perhaps streaming as well, in the last few years. So, yes, there is an HD master. There is clearly no problem playing the film with all music intact for broadcast / streaming, but home video still needs to be worked out, hence it's absence on all physical media since the late '80s / early '90s. Also, the later VHS editions had some of the songs removed for licensing reasons. Only the initial VHS had the original theatrical soundtrack fully intact.
