Mr. Woods, you panic saying it was weeks since you order the package. Only email I received was 24hrs after you bought the freakin; thing. less than 4 days later you posted how you are upset that it wasn't arrived at your door.

I think it's best we part ways. sorry. Getting too old to take the heat. refund given.

spend some serious $$$ to do a new master from the 35mm Negatives. Unlike previous dvd label RICH BAY who used a tape master. lol thanks for the business and enjoying the movie!

I NEVER gave them the HD master, nor did the rights owner. either they are going to RIP my Blu disc or HD to SD.

Oh dear... Gary Sales seemed to have had the same scheme for Madman at one point. Honestly, I would imagine that the primary consumer base for these movies would be retro horror enthusiasts - and they are already quite familiar with them. I sincerely doubt a remake would sell that many extra copies of the already popular original.

I read your announcement for Barn of the Naked Dead a while back, btw. Love that movie - such an underrated and fun grindhouse flick! Are you considering that for your next bundle of blu-ray releases?

Rights owner of HELL NIGHT turn down many company's offer to make a remake.

Madman's Gary licensed the film to VS as they can do a 4k scan. they'll sells tons and hopefully Gary will see his %.

He told me he was happy to see a check from me and % as he never saw a backend ever on anchor bay best selling dvd release. I gave him full control on extra and even let him do the cover. He turn down many times I mention Blu and even making a new HD master for it. Now he jump ship.... oh well.

As for BARN OF THE NAKED DEAD, its another title that I am still in the RED INK. WB got that Johnny Legend release everywhere and got major fan support and sold 2,500+ copies and sold it overseas. I registered a copyright for the film, but it was too late. I gave to Media-Blasters and we both lost money. I got the 35mm camera negatives and did a new master.

I bought the DVD and thought it looked great, but I'd gladly buy the blu-ray from you. Same with Screams of a Winter Night.

I hope the situation is better with Sole Survivor, Rituals, and Sweet Sixteen. Definitely some of your best horror titles. Thank you for releasing Messiah of Evil, btw. - it definitely deserved the upgrade, and I'm looking forward to my copy.

Could Embryo and Blood and Lace be possible from you? Those are two sleazy fun 70's horrors that would fit the Code Red Brand well, IMO.

I'm eager to hear more about December's 4 pack horror bundle that was teased on Twitter. Sweet Sixteen? The Strangeness? Shakma? Spontaneous Combustion? Deadly Dreams? Slaughterhouse Rock? Zombie Nightmare? Terror Circus (Barn Of The Naked Dead)? Too many possibilities.

Thanks for filling us in on Camp Crystal Lake's wishlist title status. So who owns Hell Night if you're able to say, Bill? I have this obsession with rights and who owns what lol. I guess if I know who owns a particular film then I can just "let it go" instead of sit around wondering if Scream Factory or whoever is going to announce it

I'm glad to know that Blood Beach is already licensed. Same "rights limbo" situation resolved for me. All I have to do is sit back and wait for the announcement, unlike Fright Night Part II.

Too bad about THE PREY. Who cares if the filmmakers think the film is terrible - what matters is that fans of the film want it released on Blu-ray. Are they going to sit around on their fat asses and bicker until World War III? I guess they really DO know that these films make $$$ otherwise they wouldn't have this indifferent attitude towards them.

Looking forward to your next bundle.

Fabulous! Good news! I'm still keeping my fingers crossed for Barn of the Naked Dead - I feel bad for 2500+ fans who bought the inferior Johnny Legend disc.

Thanks for the updates on my wishlist! At least I know what will probably never come out now. Btw, I ordered Lady Stay Dead on Friday. I can't wait to watch it. Just wish Christmas wasn't so near, so I could have more money for Code Red releases.

@Code Red DVD - really glad to see you participating here!

Please upgrade The Carrier to blu-ray!

Any hints on the 4 horror film bundle for December? I'm guess-timating The Strangeness, Terror Circus, Sweet Sixteen, and Rats Are Coming.

How is Spontaneous Combustion coming?
