upgraded my SUROS Regime all the way tonight for the trophy.

helped my little brother finish the nightfall 2nite, got an upgrade done on Atheon's Epilogue, and 2 upgrades on my Exotic helmet.

It was one of my best Destiny weekends in a long time, and it's really too bad that I played almost only with randoms from LFG. I also got to hang out with my wife in the evenings and get caught up on some shows.

Saturday with some randoms at the oracle checkpoint on got the gauntlets I've been waiting for for six weeks. Got up early Sunday and hit level 30 before the wife got up. Now, I have to tell you, it's easier to sell yourself as a 30. Got a lot of replies. The second group I got in with today beat Atheon, the first time I actually beat him, and I got the helmet, the mythoclast and another speeder. Just need some boots for my titan, now.

Playing hard raid at level 30 is a night and day difference compared to level 29. At 29, it was a full time struggle trying to not die. At 30, it changes to trying to work in an efficient manner. It's a lot more fun, for sure.

JJ, it would be my pleasure to accompany you on an escort mission with some first timers, should the occasion arise. I'm pretty patient. I'd like to be able to be the escort myself, but I don't think I'm good at giving directions. If you're up to it, and some of the others, we probably have enough 30's now to get the 7-8 pm group through a hard raid, most likely over the span of two sessions. Some guys need their beauty sleep. It's too late for me.

Haven't tried Xyor the Unwed yet but if you get there and need another player let me know!

If you have Plan C, it's a fine PVP weapon for that bounty. Charges pretty quickly and it's a one hit kill. I'll help with Xyor, too. That strike is a real bear. I did it with some randoms, no mics, and it baffles me that we succeeded.

If you don't mind taking a 29 titan along, I'd be up for a hard raid. I can take a 30 warlock on the weekly 28, otherwise, since I'm down to 73 strange coins.
