Is a US issued UHD anticipated? Perhaps with a new blu remaster as well?

Sure but you can just grab the Hong Kong disc. Packaging is exactly the same, all in english but it has a lossless track that sounds great. Unfortunately the transfer is also the same as the US disc.

Unless they're pulling a Universal here I would expect it will be a remaster for the anniversary and get both a BD and UHD release.

Will be my second UHD. DOTD was the first. Will get Arrival, Revenant, Mad Max, Sicario as well. Really need to start releasing more great films in UHD, the majority released so far are just blah.

On The Revenant; please hold out. I have the feeling FOX will re-release some day with Dolby Atmos, Dolby Vision and hopefully some new extras.
