Not any more... it used to be.

Still same office, Same Staff and thy still operate from belgium.

I dont think that anyone from Freerecordshop HQ in capelle, Holland is truly looking at their website or intertwining with their operations.

As long as they bring money in and the finances are looking good, its just another company operating under their established name, but owned by freerecordshop.

OMG, I just received my first steelbook boomerang in the mail.

Mediadis are idiots shipping a steelbook in a bubble mailer that is thinner than most. I've demanded a replacement. This is a crap service it almost 3 weeks to arrive and its L shaped. I will not use this company again what a load of crock.

In part... I should know, I'm Belgian and pass in front of the warehouse every week.
A lot of the discs are shipped from Holland lately and customer service (entirely FRS operated) has only become worse. They sent me a wrong disc 3 weeks ago and I still haven't got my money back...

I was able to get a full refund for some SteelBooks that came in damaged, and they gave me 10 Euros in store credit for the return shipping. Just contact them on their website about your order. They are not amazon, but they do work with you.

That's not so bad is it? Just bent it a little back, and you never noticed it's there! =)

Well, I just overpaid for one on eBay.

A least I'll have the peace of mind from knowing that it's in the US and it will be packaged securely.

Update.

Mediadis (Wendy) contacted me today to apologize for my order and the late dispatch of the replacement. According to her they are out of Steelbooks for TR but they are restocking at the end of this week. My replacement order will be dispatched at that time.

Is the one on Amazon.fr region free? And also, how does this compare to the Optimum BD release as far as PQ/AQ go? Thanks.
