As for me, I'm gonna try and score the cowl version when the doors open, along with the Steelbook. I've already pre-ordered the Lenticular Digibook, was there confirmation on a non-lenticular? I saw online a version with a lenticular slipcover as well, I might try and grab that as well. I already own 4 different copies of Batman Begins (Gift Set, Walmart Ex., BB Steel, and Standard) and 7 Copies of The Dark Knight (BB Steel, AU, UK Triple Play, Walmart, Standard, Target Mask, Japan Steel) so I am definitely going to have multiple copies of The Dark Knight Rises as well

I am getting the Walmart exclusive 2 disc DVD

I don't want to see the changing aspect ratios made for Imax.

Though if you don't already own BB and TDK, it's definitely a great deal at $29.99.
the dark knight rises from best buy isnt a combo pack..... just the BD....

what the hell!...looks like all Target Digibook pre-orders have been cancelled...now what?...I had my heart set on this version...I'm not sure whether to wait to see if Target eventually gets them in stock or to just order another version

Anyone with a cancelled Target order should call them up and complain. They will more than likely gift you a GC for your trouble. It is completely ridiculous of them to do this.

Trilogy for me as I just began buying Blu-rays.

Many scenes in DKR were filmed in downtown Pittsburgh, so I was able to watch some of that. Pretty crazy having all of those Hollywood trucks everywhere. Plus, they turned several streets into Winter during Summer. Joseph Gordon-Levitt was the only "primary" I spotted around town even though all of them were here.

It's more than likely going to be just like the E.T. steelbook -- readily available in store even though pre-orders were canceled. The whole point of an exclusive, after all, is to get floor traffic in your store.

did they ever put the E.T. Steelbook for sale on the website later on?...if they want to have an in-store exclusive that is fine but do it for a week or so and then make it available online...Best Buy has an exclusive as well but they have it available online for purchase...limiting it to in-store only only serves to limit potential sales

Going with the steelbook to match the BB and TDK ones. I really love the artwork they chose as well.

What is the deal with the Target Digibook for this. Is it two different Digibooks or the Lenticular cover that changes between Bane and Batman. Trying to figure this out now (plus the website has no Digibook listed now).
