Nice... I like the art and a slipcover? Even better! BUT I sure WON'T be double dipping...why bother when this isn't the uncut version?

Casino Royale is a complete 180 from the previous few Brosnan films. Do yourself a favor and pick up CR - it is hands down the best Bond film since the 1960s.

Me, I will probalby pick it up just for all the extras (I'm a Bond super-geek) - I just don't know if I will spring for the Blu Ray version or the standard DVD (remember, just to get the extras).

The audio was great and the video was AVC I doubt they could make it much better. Plus upgrading movies from DVD to Blu is expensive why would I go from Blu to Blu, I doubt Sony will give it a new encode.

I got the original... I've never been a fan of double dipping.

Sorry, special features simply doesn't excite me like it does for some of you guys. 85% of the time I never look at them.

But that's just me.

I had the first release but hadn't opened it (bought it about 3 days before this was announced). It was up on ebay the next day and I pretty much broke even for what I paid, so no worries here. I'll pick this one up when it's available. Really glad they went with the amazing one-sheet for the artwork as well.

the scene with him naked to a chir is so brutal and funny at the same time
Not sure if i want the wife kissing the screen as she sees Daniel Graig coming out of the sea in his speedos in blu ray though

The picture looks like it's the dvd version so the BD version is probably the 2 disc one that we're getting over here.

This is the dvd version.The blu ray has two discs.

The only reason I am upgrading is because I unloaded the single disc version on Ebay for a bit more than I paid for it.

Remember the Casino Royale HD Trailer from PSN? It looked better than the actuall Blu-ray , yet the Blu-ray has superb PQ, no doubt. But i think they changed the style for the Blu-ray version, thats why the PSN Trailer looks different.

Compare those 2 (trailer and Blu-ray) you'll notice how much better the Trailer looks.
