It is down to £7.98 on amazon.co.uk which is a bargain for 3 blu-ray discs. The PQ and AQ of this film is stunning and the overall plot is amazing. I recommend it to everyone as a blind buy if you haven't seen it(where have you been)? Get it whilst stocks last.

Anyone know if they are still shipping in the unique case with slipcover?

I have not seen a normal Blu-Ray but don't want to be the first one getting a normal case.

As far as I'm aware the only reason it's Deluxe 'is' because it's in the matte slipcase with booklet and digipak inside right?

I'm 99.9% positive every Deluxe edition is with sipcase and digipak.

I think you're right. The Deluxe Edition DVD had a soft rubber/leather feel to it in a matte finish. The BD box is slightly different though.

I'll be getting the Blu no question of course, but given you know how the DVD one looks/feels like, which material did you like better?

There probably isn't much difference the DVD may have a slightly thicker case but at the moment I don't have the two to compare. The DVD version certainly feels 'deluxe' though and the Digipak feels quite luxurious (my booxlet was damaged though). If the BD just has a matte case compared to the DVD I'd say the DVD is nicer. Apart from that they're identical.

It doesn't match any of the other cases though. Not sure if the UK version is pictured below and the booklet isn't that thick.

tempted to pick this up to top off my bond blu collection, is it worth the upgrade rom the orginal release

Does it still come in this pack? I pealed the plays on ps3 sticker off the copy I got back when it came out yesterday and half the front came off with it!

Well it includes two commentaries (director and producer:PIP) and crew, plus some nice deleted scenes, new docs (The Road to Casino Royale is good) and everything that was included on the original release. It definitely gets my vote as a decent upgrade in terms of special features, plus I think it has a slightly better picture quality. Its just a shame the UK release is cut.

I peeled off the sticker too, tried removing the residue with WD40......it went in the bin soon afterwards. As far as I'm aware it still does come in the deluxe box. But I'd email whoever you plan to purchase from to be 100% sure just in case.

i did not know there was two versions of the deluxe edition as its the one on here i am after and picked it up on bee.com for 4.99,i just hope its the same as this as i already have this blu ray but got this version cause i thought this looks better.

Though, I hope you get your Blu. Last time bee.com had such good prices, they cancelled everything, those douchebags.

I sent them two letters complaining how I was one of the first to click on the deal yet they couldn't fulfill stock. They didn't reply and those films remain out of stock even though there is stock. I hope they close down since they are hopeless.

friday or thursday i think and it was up for a while as well as well,not had too much bother with my orders with them,i think when i first used them i ordered some really cheap bargains two nice titles for approx 2.99 or was it 3.99 and they did not send,same time i had other titles at 5.99 still a bargain for them and they was sent.
I suppose the cheaper titles was mabe just too cheap,i have since got the cheaper titles again but at a slightly higher price,but still a good deal.
Have had a number of blu rays from them now,so fingers crossed this comes too.
got four brothers about to be dispatched and this one processing so lets see,thing i have had about 5 blu rays from them to date but it is hard to see some of them in stock as they do go quick
