Hey Jason!

I'm one of those people that drives most others insane. I can keep a secret and if someone put a present under the tree...I'll ignore it. I have no issue with waiting on anything! Used to drive my ex nuts! LOL!

Good! But I have added some others to the mix lately

. I auditioned some B&W's last week, the 684's, the 683's, and the CT7.5's. I also got to audition some Dali's at the same place that were SWEET, from the Helicon series.

I just need to figure out how you guys wrestle the cash away from the wife and i'll be good to go! lol

What have you gone and upgraded this time? Any hints?

Just go buy it, she'll get over it! Did she ask all those times new shoes showed up on her feet?

Did the b$ws come close thethe Dyns in anyway?

The Helicons are very nice and are a step above the focus sereis that's why you have to compare them against the contours.
Honestly, I work extra hours and on weekends to pay for my hobby

that's no secret. Plus I also provide for the wife

so, your lining acoustic panels in coffee bean bags?...dig it! Seriously, are you getting creative with the panels? I think that is very cool. It's one reason I haven't crossed that path yet, because I just don't like the look of the foam, unless I'm in a recording studio....sorry Crazy.

I liked the Dyns better than the 684's and 683's.

I really did like the CT7.5's. I heard them as LCR (in a treated room powered by Mcintosh

) and although ugly they sounded awesome in there.

You're right about the Helicons... and I may never be able to afford them haha but that is the fun of auditioning

LOL.

Kudo's to you on your upgrade! Can't wait to see it!
