So I got my card today!

Ordered on 10/2. Shipped on 10/17 and got it today 10/20. Really can't complain.

I really want to thank you guys for all the tips and info about this. I only discovered it because of this thread and site, oh and the help of you.

Got my card today as well! How does it work at a Goodrich Theater when it offers e-ticket, but it doesn't work. How can you check in at the theater then and purchase a ticket?

It seems Moviepass is no longer being allowed in one of the local Regal theaters because, I imagine, of the more expensive showtimes with premium seats and services were being lumped together with the regular ones. I generally wouldn't mind since it's about 20 minutes away from me and there's another one within five minutes but it sucks because that's the theater that gets all the prestige, Oscar-season movies.

I guess that means they would have to stop accepting all Mastercards. That's the only way they could do that.

How do you know that? Did management say All Regal theaters are no longer accepting MasterCards? That would be real stupid of them to do that as there are people (like me) who have MasterCards that paid for tickets before moviepass. I would fill out the survey using the code provided on the ticket receipt and make some noise. When I first used mine, the manager on duty started pulling excuses out of his fat ass saying that I might have reached the limit of my monthly allowance or that my tier might not be accepted at this theater....and I was like dude FU...so I filled out the survey with the code and his manager corrected him (second time) on Moviepass.

I thought you have to check-in with the app first, then the money will be loaded on the card to pay at the kiosk? There is no check-in option listed since it has e-ticket.

If there are showtimes available in the app for check-in (red vs. grayed out), then you can use it. I would go to the kiosk to avoid any uninformed employees/local management from trying to enforce made up policies.

It's just the one theater. It just doesn't show up in the app anymore. The other Regals still do take it.

MoviePass has said they can choose to disable some theaters if they feel tickets are too expensive vs others in the area.

Though odd they would do it for just one screen rather than grey that one out, but the AMC and City Cinemas which are all reclining seating and use a $2-3 surcharge for it have never appeared in the app for me, though the other theaters from those chains do (still a bit annoying as I like reclining seating and those are two of the four closest theaters)

My card came in last Saturday. In the past seven days I have seen It, American Made, Friend Request, & just got back from Happy Death Day. Worked flawlessly every time.
