Agreed. 4th is my favorite. 2nd, my least.

Yeah, I really had a blast watching the 4th one in the IMAX. I enjoyed the 3rd one also, though I saw it in a Showcase, so the experience wasn't as thunderous as the 4th one in the IMAX. I don't hate the 2nd one but IMO it's the weakest of the series up to 4.

As bad as the second was, at least it had some fun action and scenery and that Megan Fox did something. Age Of Extinction was tedious, boring and overlong with an atrocious performance and character from Nicola Peltz as all she did was whine, moan and scream with her doing nothing. Even the action got boring as the film went along, so I can't really have fun with a Transformers movie that is almost three hours long.

Yeah, the Romeo and Juliet law is just dumb. I may rewatch it to see if it warms me up a bit.

Revenge of the Fallen is my second favorite of the franchise. It's probably the most entertaining big dumb movie ever (nope, I don't think the first one is dumb).

Yeah I mostly enjoy the second one, in spite of its issues.

Go look at my post in the Blu-ray 3D thread for this film. The IMAX 3D presentation is great.

In my eyes, both movies were outright atrocious. Dark of the Moon might be the only watchable one (barely) in the franchise.
I'm now on the fence whether to see this one but I'm a sucker for cool action and great 3D.

Agreed the first was something special although he didn't direct and only produced it had that Speilberg movie magic. My order would be the same 1,2,3,4
