It definitely looks more cinematic but at the same time still looks like a video game. Still looks like a lot of fun.

Really? I thought there was quite a bit of humor in there. Though yes, the filmmakers claim the film will be overall more serious in tone than its predecessor, something that's going to be especially true of the second half.

Actually, there's more to it than the Isla Nublar volcano eruption/rescue mission! That's the focus of the first half of the film, then it goes in a different direction. I won't say more...

Yeah, I had the same thought. Many of us have been waiting so long to see Carnotaurus in these movies, and then this is it? Kind of anticlimactic if so.

Hopefully they get to do more before the island blows up.

I thought Jurassic World was generally entertaining, even though they keep recycling the Theme Park idea over and over. Hopefully they have a story that hasn't been thought of yet for Dinosaurs causing havoc, if that's possible.

Because it's just not. Owen and Claire have history together, its not as if they just meet within the movie and Owen starts throwing banter around. I'm sure you're also talking about Claire's arch within the film of her supposedly wanting kids, (which doesn't happen), she realizes she needs to protect her nephews in a time of crisis. The JW sexism claims we're pretty blatant clickbait imo.
